    • Your pass will be valid for the competitions presented at UBC's Old Auditorium and Roy Barnett Hall on October 7th and Roy Barnett Hall on October 8th - on a first-come, first-seated basis.
    • Present your Pass Ticket pdf (on your device or printed out) at the door to each venue, as you arrive.
    • Please note that the capacity in the Roy Barnett Recital Hall is about 240. Seating will be on a first-come, first-seated basis.
    • Late-comers are not guaranteed seating and may be asked to wait until an appropriate break.
    • If you have any accessibility requirements, please arrive a bit early and identify your needs to the venue usher.
