Q: What are your box office hours and how do I contact you?
The box office is available in-person and by phone Tuesday-Saturday 12:00pm-5:00pm.

We are also open during events. Please note our priority is to get people into the performance but we will assist you as soon as possible.
Q: What do I do if I have not receive my tickets?
Tickets may take up to 10 business days to arrive by regular post. If you do not see your tickets within 10 business days or it’s the day of the performance please call our box office at (604) 822-2697. Email tickets are sent immediately. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you don't receive your tickets. If these do not show up please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our box office (604) 822-2697.
Q: What time does the box office open before the concert?
For performances at The Chan Centre the box office open two and a half hours prior to concert time.
Q: Where and when do I pick-up my pre-ordered tickets before concert time?
Pre-ordered or Will Call tickets are available at the box office according to the timing mentioned above.
Q: Does my baby require a ticket to performances at The Chan Centre?
Yes, babies do require a ticket. Please call our box office for details: 604-822-2697.
Q: Are there group rates for performances at The Chan Centre?
It depends on the performance. Please contact us at email@example.com.
Q: The performance I want to buy tickets for has a student ticket option. What do I need to bring to pick up my ticket?
Students must present their valid student ID when picking up tickets at will call.
Q: Are there food and drinks available at The Chan Centre?
The theatre concession offers cold drinks, specialty coffees, alcoholic beverages, and candies.
Q: Where do I park if I am attending a performance at The Chan Centre?
The Rose Garden Parkade is located steps from The Chan Centre. Please note that the Chan Centre does not manage the parkade, it is managed and operated by UBC Parking. Questions or comments can be directed to: parking.ubc.ca/contact-us
Q: Are cameras and recording devices allowed in the theatre?
Cameras and recording devices cannot be used during a performance. Feel free to take photos in the lobby area before, during intermission, and after the performance.
Q: What is The Chan Centre’s ticket policy?
Please check all the information to ensure you bring the correct ticket to the correct performance, and remember to always allow extra time to park and enter the theatre. Upon completing your order, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address on file. Please verify that your email address is correct. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you don't receive your confirmation.
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual(s) whose conduct is not in accordance with the rules of the facility. Tickets deemed lost or stolen will not be honoured.
