Virtual performances booked through UBC Tickets can be accessed through our online viewing platform watch.chancentre.com
If you have registered for a single performance, your exclusive voucher code(s) and link to watch will be included in your confirmation email.
If you are registered as a subscriber or have registered for any UBC Opera Virtual events, you will log in via the "Subscriber Login" at watch.chancentre.com to view your performance(s). The email address (username) and password for the platform are the same as your UBC Tickets credentials used to purchase or register for the event.
Yes. Regardless of your ticket type, you will still need to register through our ticketing system to receive the link and password and/or voucher to view each performance.
How thoughtful of you! If you would like to purchase single tickets as a gift, you can register for a performance as usual and share the access information in your purchase confirmation email directly with the recipient. If you would like to gift a subscription (eight performances), purchase a subscription as usual and then reach out to our ticket office at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will create a login and gift certificate for your recipient. We are working remotely but standing by and happy to assist until our ticket office closes on December 23 at 4pm.
If you have forgotten your password, it must be reset in UBC Tickets to recover your password before attempting to login to the viewing platform at watch.chancentre.com. Once you have validated your email address in UBC Tickets and created a new password, you will be able to login with those same credentials at watch.chancentre.com to view your streams.
