Fish Filleting Workshop with Terry Point

- Join MOA for a full-day fish filleting workshop with Musqueam community leader Terry Point, who will share the cultural significance of salmon to the Musqueam people. Participants will receive a whole sockeye salmon to practice filleting techniques, and will share a salmon meal together at the end of their hands-on learning. Workshop takes place at the UBC Farm Community Kitchen.
